    Absolutely hacked my dogs fur 🤬! When questioned about it they said that he was matted!!! So why was he's head cut in 3 different layers!!! Avoid this place and the vets are no better 🤬🤬

    They haven't had a groomer for months but the system allows you to make appointments so beware.

    Friendly staff but very over priced groom and my dogs nails were bleeding on two of her paws as they had cut them too short and the other two paws they didn't attempt, however they still charged me for the nail clipping. I won't be using them again.

    I researched places and decided to take them to the groom room! I asked them to cut off my chihuahua's excess hair and paid extra to put on an accessory. I said it would be ready in two hours, 45 minutes they called me to take it out. when we arrived to pick up our baby we were terrified of the cut that was made. it was horrible they ruined the chihuahua's tail and it was very badly cut. They didn't put the advice as I paid. That's why I don't recommend
